Following our previous video where wrestling coach Jake Kornblatt showed how to do a basic double leg takedown, in today's video Jake shows how to sprawl and block that double leg takedown. By throwing his legs back and bringing his weight down on his opponent, coach Jake stuffs the takedown attempt and then circles to secure a dominant position with an excellent motorcycle-grip on the inside of his opponent's right forearm.
