סדנת ג׳יו ג׳יטסו מתקדמים

ביום שישי האחרון ערכנו סדנת מתקדמים. בסדנה תרגלו כיצד להתגונן ולהימלט מפוזיציות נחות כגון "מאונט" וסייד", כאשר הסדנה התחלקה לשניים. בחלק הראשון של הסדנה תרגלנו ברמה הטכנית מגוון של יציאות מתקדמות, ובחלקה השני של הסדנה הוספנה מכות כך מי שנמצא בפוזיציה הדומיננטית יכול להכות את מי שנמצא בעמדה הנחותה. תודה לכל מי שהשתתף בסדנה נתראה בקרוב בסדנה הבאה!!

Last Friday, Eran held an advanced seminar that touched on a variety of different situations. One phase of the seminar dealt with sophisticated and high-level escapes from bottom positions like mount. Another phase dealt with introducing striking, creating a situation where one player with gloves started in an advantageous situation and the other had to escape using only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques. Thanks to everyone who showed up, we can't wait to do it again!
